On any given week, she helps build Santai Seaplane’s presence by executing events, managing public relations, and coordinating media partnerships. She also coordinates merchandise initiatives and carefully oversees cross-platform content and copy to ensure every touchpoint matches the brand identity. Paying close attention to detail comes naturally to her, though her personal philosophy has taught her how to balance that focus effectively. Handling multiple projects keeps her energized, while collaborating daily with Santai's diverse, international team fuels her passion for cross-cultural teamwork.

Having visited over 10 countries, Pearla approaches Santai Seaplane’s mission with a broad global perspective. As an avid traveler, she knows firsthand just how breathtaking Indonesia is, but she has also experienced the exhausting reality of traditional transit, boat transfers, and traffic gridlocks just to reach beautiful spots. That experience is why she strongly believes in Santai Seaplane’s vision. By using seaplanes to bypass travel headaches, the company unlocks remote island paradises quickly, sustainably, and comfortably.

While Pearla stays focused on the present by tackling the everyday tasks in front of her, she keeps a clear vision for the long run. In the coming years, she aims to build and lead a dynamic marketing team, directly contributing to Santai Seaplane's growth as it establishes itself as the premier seaplane service in Southeast Asia over the next five to ten years.

Living in France deeply shaped Pearla’s approach to life, instilling an appreciation for Le lâcher-prise, or the art of letting go. She tries not to put too much pressure on things, recognizing that at times, it is totally okay to experience avoir la flemme and just reset. For Pearla, it is all about giving her absolute best to move the Santai Seaplane forward while on the clock, without carrying the weight of work into her personal life.
