Ngurah Rai International Airport
Bali's principal international gateway, Ngurah Rai International Airport sits just 13 kilometres south of Ubud and 2.5 kilometres from the resort strip of Kuta. Handling over 23 million passengers annually, it is the third-busiest airport in Indonesia. The terminal was comprehensively upgraded in 2013 to an airy Balinese-inspired design featuring carved stone facades and traditional thatched roof motifs. International and domestic terminals are connected by a covered walkway. Ground transportation includes metered taxis, ride-hailing apps, hotel shuttles, and private transfers to all parts of Bali.
